Elvis Kargbo currently serves as the Head of Chambers, Managing Partner, and Lead Consultant at the firm. Within the realm of labour matters, he represents clients and formulates terms and conditions of services at the Industrial Court of Sierra Leone and for the firm’s retained clients, respectively.
He has a strong track record of success in resolving industrial disputes. Additionally, he also holds the position of Chief Examiner for all legal subjects at The National Council for Technical and Vocational Awards (NCTVA) Examinations in Sierra Leone.
In 2013, Mr. Kargbo served as the president of the Sierra Leone Bar Association, displaying effective and diligent leadership. Acknowledging his exemplary service in the Bar Association and the Judiciary as a whole, he was appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public in Sierra Leone.

Daniel Jeremiah Lavally Esq is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Sierra Leone practicing Civil procedure and Criminal law, Land law, family law, and Corporate Law.
